FORT KNOX, Ky. — With the majority of physical fitness centers closed across America, the U.S. Army Warrior Fitness Team is bringing its fitness knowledge to the digital space. The team has expanded its virtual outreach to help people maintain a healthy lifestyle while adhering to social distancing requirements.

As a Green Beret, he deployed four times with his Special Forces Team. Despite the high tempo Army Special Operations Forces lifestyle, David never lost his love for gaming and continued to keep up with the latest first person shooters, like Call of Duty and the game that really started it all for him, Halo.

Allison Brager, member of the U.S. Army Warrior Fitness Team, has temporarily been assigned to serve with a team of medical professionals at the Army’s field hospital at the Javits Center.
