Oct. 3, 2019 - Congratulations to the following 138 stations and 11 companies for achieving the USAREC 4th quarter of fiscal year 2019 Defender of Liberty award. The criteria to receive this award is earned through hard work, perseverance, and sheer dedication as a team to every facet of the Recruiting mission.

Sept. 10, 2019 - U.S. Army Recruiting Command congratulates its 2019 Civilian Employees of the Year, who were selected from the headquarters and brigade-level winners.

New TRADOC Commanding General visits 3rd Recruiting Brigade (Marauders) at Fort Knox
Gen. Paul E. Funk II, TRADOC Commander, recognized 3rd Brigade staff members for their excellent job performance, by awarding them his coin before the start of the briefing with Brigade Commander, Col. Eric Lopez.  Staff members who received coins:  Maj. Melissa Miller, ORSA, Interim Brigade S-3; Capt. Tyler Fleck, Brigade JAG; Mr. Cliff Hedges, Chief, Logistics; Mr. Tom Bailey, Chief, Human Resources; and Ms. Elaine Monroe, Brigade RMS.
Aug. 1, 2019 - The 3rd Recruiting Brigade Commander Col. Eric Lopez briefed the new commanding general of U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command Gen. Paul E. Funk II, in the briefing room at USAREC HQ, Fort Knox on 31 July.

July 29, 2019 - An Indianapolis Recruiting Battalion Army Reserve recruiter received a career-validating honor when she won the 2018 Association of the United States Army Active Guard Reserve Recruiter of the Year. Staff Sgt. Ashley Munger, assigned to the Shelbyville Army Recruiting Center in Shelbyville, Indiana, joined other AUSA winners in attending a breakfast and meet and greet with Sergeant Major of the Army Daniel Dailey at the Association of the United States Army annual meeting in Washington, D.C.

      As long as they are legal, moral, and ethical, I have your back

 

      Brigade is here to help, but you need a good future plan for us to help you

      Continue to fight like no one is coming to help (current Phase Line)

      Develop an unconstrained plan to employ your resources and use resources from higher to make mission for future Phase Lines

 

      Seek to unburden recruiters with distractions and focus them on recruiting

      Right place, right time, right message

 

      Expand the impact of everything you do

      Use media and social media at every opportunity to connect with internal and external audiences

 

     Endstate: Achieve precision mission for FY 19.
