USAREC names 2021 NCOs of the Year
U.S. Army Recruiting Command leaders have announced the winners of this year’s Annual Awards Board, held here Sept. 21-24.
Sept. 27, 2021 - U.S. Army Recruiting Command leaders have announced the winners of this year’s Annual Awards Board, held here Sept. 21-24. Four noncommissioned officers were selected as the 2021 USAREC NCOs of the Year after competing against the top NCOs from each recruiting brigade.

USAREC recognizes top NCOs, units, Best Warriors during Fort Knox ceremony
Top individuals and units received recognition from U.S. Army Recruiting Command’s senior leaders during a ceremony here July 29. 

During this week’s Commanders Conference with the brigade command teams, Maj. Gen. Kevin Vereen and Command Sgt. Maj. John Foley highlighted the USAREC Best Warriors, the top recruiting noncommissioned officers for 3rd quarter, and the top units for the first half of fiscal 2021 (October 2020-March 2021).

Army Chief of Staff recognizes Top Recruiting Company Command Teams

July 16, 2021 - Thirteen recruiting officers and noncommissioned officers headed to the Pentagon July 13 for a recognition ceremony hosted by the Army chief of staff.

USAREC names Best Warrior to represent the command at TRADOC competition

While at Fort Knox, the competitors demonstrated their Soldier skills through a variety of events throughout the week, to include a 12-mile ruck march, water combat fitness test, obstacle course, land navigation, and various weapons tasks. This competition does not include recruiting tasks, as it is separate from the USAREC Recruiting NCOs of the Year competition.
