Golden Knights Take Arizona Educators and Leaders to New Heights

MARANA, Ariz. — While the desert heat shimmered over Marana, the real excitement was falling through the skies. For three days, the U.S. Army Golden Knights hosted their first tandem camp in the Grand Canyon State.

U.S. Army Fitness Challenge Energizes Battalion Area High Schools

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Over two weeks of high-energy teamwork, mentorship, and competition, the U.S. Army Fitness Challenge reached more than 1,800 students across six Kansas City Battalion area high schools. Organized by the U.S. Army Recruiting Battalion – Kansas City, the events emphasized discipline, leadership, and service while generating over 600 age-qualified leads and multiple follow-up appointments.

Recruiters Rescue Struck Motorcyclist

Albuquerque, N.M. — U.S. Army Recruiters Staff Sgt. Craig Myers, Staff Sgt. Leon Lloyd and Staff Sgt. Vincent Tolentino unexpectedly found themselves in a life-changing situation while returning to the Rio Rancho Recruiting Station in March after a visit to a local high school.

Meet Your Recruiter - Staff Sgt. Edward Bringas

FORT KNOX, Ky. — Staff Sgt. Edward Bringas, a Bayamon, Puerto Rico native, serves as an Army Reserve Recruiter with the San Antonio Southeast Recruiting Station in San Antonio, Texas. Bringas was recognized by the U.S. Army Recruiting Command leadership as the Army Reserve Recruiter of the Year for 2024.

Twin brothers find individuality, success in Army Recruiting

FORT KNOX, Ky. — Although twin brothers Jacob and Jacoi Frett grew up doing everything together, the two have found individual success in their most recent Army jobs, recruiting young men and women into the Army. In their hometown of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, their only exposure to the military as children was their father, who enlisted in the Army in 1958 and retired before they were born. Now they both serve as staff sergeants in the Army, assigned under the same brigade within U.S. Army Recruiting Command but placed in different cities.
