The mission is the Nashville Recruiting Battalion is to recruit with integrity the highest quality men and women to meet the needs of an expeditionary Army, while taking exceptional care of Soldiers, Civilians and Families.
VISION
The Nashville Recruiting Battalion provides maximum contribution to a nation at war by recruiting with integrity, quality young men and women into the Army and the Army Reserve. Maximum flexibility creates and fosters adaptive leaders. We empower leaders to apply our “ready and relevant” doctrine. Every member of this team will be able to assess quickly in order to “see first”, train effectively in order to “understand first”, plan appropriately in order to “act first”, and “finish decisively.” With this vision, the Nashville Recruiting Battalion will maintain market Dominance.
