Twin brothers find individuality, success in Army Recruiting

Although twin brothers Jacob and Jacoi Frett grew up doing everything together, the two have found individual success in their most recent Army jobs, recruiting young men and women into the Army. In their hometown of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, their only exposure to the military as children was their father, who enlisted in the Army in 1958 and retired before they were born. Now they both serve as staff sergeants in the Army, assigned under the same brigade within U.S. Army Recruiting Command but placed in different cities.

In 2012, he joined the Centurion family, where he became not just a colleague but a mentor, a friend, and an inspiration to all who had the privilege of working alongside him.

A San Antonio woman is thankful to be alive after a U.S. Army recruiter’s quick thinking saved her life during a moment of crisis. While on his way to work, Sgt. 1st Class Frinsel Simprevil, an Army Recruiter at the Park North Recruiting Station in San Antonio, noticed a woman standing on the edge of a highway bridge, looking down at the passing cars below. She had one leg raised over the railing, prompting him to make a U-turn. Upon approaching her, he realized she was in significant distress.
