FORT KNOX, Ky. –
The chief of staff of the Army recognized U.S. Army Recruiting Command’s top station commanders during a virtual ceremony August 11.
Gen. James C. McConville highlighted 13 station commanders for their success in the second quarter of the fiscal year.
USAREC selected two station commanders from each recruiting brigade and one station commander from the Special Operations Recruiting Battalion for the event.
These top recruiting station’s achievements ranged from 106 percent to 700 percent over their assigned missions.
"Every Soldier has a story. The Army offers a pathway to success for everyone if they are willing to take that on," McConville said. "In the business that you are in, what winning looks like is getting the right young men and women who represent the diversity of the nation to join our force and make sure we get them in the right job that takes advantage of their talents and each and every one of you have done that."
