As an enlistment incentive for those who have a college degree or have completed some college coursework, the U.S. Army is offering up to $65,000 in student loan reimbursement.

The total amount of the loan reimbursement varies depending on the length of the individual’s enlistment contract. The program is available for nearly 50 different occupations covering both full-time and part-time careers in the U.S. Army and Army Reserve.

Some of the occupations currently available through the student loan reimbursement program include:

-cryptologic linguist, responsible for identifying foreign communications using signals equipment;

-petroleum supply specialist, responsible for supervising and managing the reception, storage and shipping of bulk or packaged petroleum-based products; and

-microwave systems operator-maintainer, responsible for installing, operating and maintaining microwave communications systems and also work with associated antennas, multiplexing and communications security equipment.
