Accreditation
The Recruiting and Retention College (RRC) is accredited by the Army Quality Assurance Office (QAO), which is part of the US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). The RRC is seeking accreditation from the Council on Occupational Education (COE), which is recognized by the US Department of Education as an accrediting body.
Curricula Updates
The college has made a concerted effort across recruiting doctrine, classroom instruction, and student simulated and live operations experiences to bring virtual recruiting tactics, techniques, and procedures to our students and the recruiting force in the field. RRC students and NCOs on recruiting duty have access to over 90 thoroughly vetted virtual recruiting TTPs within the Recruiting ProNet that can be accessed through the USAREC homepage. In October of 2020, RRC students in the Army Recruiter Course (ARC) started learning and applying new knowledge and skills within the virtual recruiting domain. Lessons such as Employ Virtual Recruiting Tools, Comply with Virtual Recruiting Policy, Plan a Virtual Event, Prepare and Conduct a Virtual Event, and Conduct a Virtual Army Interview are some of the new virtual content highlights within the ARC. In January of 2021, Station Commander Course students began to learn about virtual recruiting tools and Managing a Station Virtual Event. Working with the USAREC G3, the RRC is committed to doing its part to expand the virtual recruiting capability across USAREC. In the coming months, ARC students and Station Commander Course students will be working together to conduct live virtual recruiting operations to enhance and apply their learning and to support the USAREC virtual recruiting efforts.
