MISSION

The Chicago Recruiting Battalion recruits with integrity the most qualified men and women to meet the needs of an expeditionary Army, while training the force, developing leaders, and taking exceptional care of Soldiers, Civilians, and Families.

VISION

The Chicago Recruiting Battalion will be a mission-based organization that enlists the most qualified Soldiers for both the Army Reserves and the Active Army components.  We will function as a team-of-teams, where every individual recruiter and staff member will conduct him/herself as a professional and always remain in line with the Army Values, the NCO Creed, and the Warrior Ethos.  We will inspire our local communities by maintaining superb physical fitness, by illuminating the virtues of Army service to the nation, and by fully integrating into schools and local activities.  Through these endeavors, we will support our families and strive to make our work environment enjoyable and rewarding.

Strength and Honor! Always Prepared!
