FORT KNOX, Ky. –
Sgt. 1st Class Clifford Hammond, a station commander course instructor at The U.S. Army Recruiting and Retention College, was selected as the Fiscal Year 2019 U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command Instructor of the Year in the Noncommissioned Officer category.
Hammond competed against 27 other instructors from across the Army to earn the title of the Army's best NCO instructor. He will be formally recognized by Gen. Stephen J. Townsend, TRADOC commanding general, during a special awards ceremony later this year.
