Lt. Col. Felichia Brooks

Lt. Col. Felichia S. Brooks, is a native of Terrell, Texas, who commissioned as a Military Police Officer in 2002 following her graduation from Officer Candidate School.

 Lt. Col. Brooks' most recent assignment was with the United States Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, United States Army Special Operations Command at Fort Bragg, where she served as ACoS, G1.  Her previous assignments include Command Inspector General  (Fort Bragg, North Carolina), Brigade Operations Officer (Joint Base San Antonio, Texas), Brigade S1 (1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas), and Division Strength Manager and Human Resources Operations and Plans Officer (Fort Hood, Texas); Battalion S1 in 782nd Brigade Support Battalion, 82nd Airborne Division (Fort Bragg, North Carolina and Kandahar, Afghanistan);  Company Commander, Rear-Detachment Commander and Assistant S-1, in HHC, 1st Personnel Command (Schwetzingen, Germany); Battalion Operations Officer, 71st Military Police Battalion (Ft. Benning, Georgia) and Military Police Platoon Leader in 988th Military Company (Ft. Benning, Georgia and Najaf, Iraq). Lt. Col. Brooks is a graduate of the Military Police Officer Basic Course, Adjutant General Advance Course, the Sexual Harassment and Assault Program Course, the Command and General Staff College, and the Inspector General Course. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with both, her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology and Minor in Psychology from Chaminade University of Honolulu and her Master of Arts Degree in Criminology from the University of Texas in Arlington. Lt. Col. Brooks' awards and decorations include the Bronze Star (1 oak leaf cluster), Meritorious Service Medal (4 oak leaf cluster), Army Commendation Medal (1 silver and 1 bronze oak leaf clusters), Army Achievement Medal (4 oak leaf cluster), Presidential Unit Citation-Navy, Meritorious Unit Citation- Marine Corps, Army Superior Unit Award, National Defense Service Medal, American Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, Army Superior Unit Award, Army Overseas Ribbon (numeral 4), NATO Medal, and the Army Basic Recruiter Badge.
