Lt. Col. Harold Morris was commissioned as a Signal Officer in 2000 from Widner University, Chester PA. Over the course of his career, he served in command and staff positions in the United States, Europe, South East and South West Asia.
His tours of duty with operational and service retained units include the: 1st Signal Brigade, 2d Cavalry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division, V Corps, Multi-National Corps Iraq, XVIII Airborne Corps, Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve, and the US Army Network Enterprise Technology Command.
Lt. Col. Morris is a graduate of the Signal Officer Basic Course, the Marine Corps Expeditionary Warfare School, the US Army Command and General Staff College, and the US Army School of Advanced Military Studies.
Lt. Col. Morris holds a Bachelor of Science from West Chester University in Chemistry and Biology, a Master in Military Art and Science from the US Army Command and General Staff College, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Kenan Flagler School of Business.
