Colonel Kevin Polosky

Colonel Kevin Polosky is a Distinguished Military Graduate from Fresno State University in 1998, and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Infantry Branch.

Colonel Polosky served in numerous command and staff positions, including a Infantry Bradley Platoon Leader and Executive Officer for B Co 1-36 Infantry in Friedberg, Germany: spending six months in Kosovo as part of KFOR 1B before completing his tour as the assistant Brigade S-4. 

 He then transferred to the Transportation Corps and attended the Logistics Advanced Course at Fort Lee, Virginia. Assignments include: Fort Hood as the Movement Control Officer for the DISCOM, Commander of A. Co 515th FSB where he was deployed for 12 months to FOB Falcon, Iraq, Fort Irwin as an Observer Controller on the Scorpion Team, Fort Campbell as the Support Operations and the 101st Division Transportation Officer with an 18-month deployment to Bagram, Afghanistan. Finishing as the Battalion Executive Officer for the 106th Transportation Battalion. While on the Joint Staff, he served as the Global Supply Manager and the Executive Officer for the Vice Director, and Director, Joint Staff J4.  He served as an Instructor for the Department of Joint, Interagency and Multinational Operations Course for the Command and General Staff College at the Redstone Satellite Campus.  His Recruiting journey began as the Commander of the Nashville Recruiting Battalion before serving as an enlisted Branch Chief for the Transportation Branch at Human Resources Command.  Colonel Polosky is a graduate of the US Army War College, and recently served as the G3/7 for the Army Sustainment Command. 

Colonel Polosky’s military education includes the Infantry Officer Basic Course, the United States Army Airborne School, the Bradley Leaders Course, the Combined Logistics Captains Career Course, the Combined Arms and Services Staff School, the Air Command and Staff College and the Joint Forces State College (JPMEII). He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in criminology from California State University Fresno, a Masters of Military Operations in Arts and Science from Air University and a Masters of Military Strategy from the US Army War College.

Colonel Polosky’s military awards and decorations include the Bronze Star (1- OLC); the Defense Meritorious Service Medal; the Meritorious Service Medal (6- OLC); the Army Commendation Medal; the Joint Service Achievement Medal, two the Army Achievement Medal (2-OLC); the Presidential Unit Citation; the Joint Meritorious Unit Award; the National Defense Service Medal; the Kosovo Campaign Medal; the Afghanistan Campaign Medal; the Iraq Campaign Medal; the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal; the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal; the NATO Medal; the Joint Staff Badge; the Combat Action Badge Recruiter Badge and the Parachutist Badge.
