ABOUT US:

Headquartered in Denver, the battalion is one of the largest units within U.S. Army Recruiting Command, encompassing an area of more than 200,000 square miles. Overseeing operations across 39 recruiting centers located in Colorado; Nebraska; and parts of Wyoming, Denver Battalion’s primary mission is to discover and recruit the most qualified and eligible populations for service in the U.S. Army (active duty) and Army Reserve.

The responsibilities of the Denver Army Recruiting Battalion are many, but our primary reason for being is to recruit the highest quality individuals to meet the requirements of the U.S. Army and Army Reserve.

FORT BENNING, Ga. – Soldiers from 1st Battalion, 50th Infantry Regiment, 198th Infantry Brigade, maneuver as an Infantry Rifle Squad Aug. 21, 2020, on Sand Hill. The Infantry Rifle Squad, or “Super Squad” consists of nine Soldiers organized under a Squad Leader into two four-man fire teams.
