USAREC Industry Engagement Process
Once we resume our Industry events, interested companies seeking a conference with the U.S. Army Recruiting Command Industry Engagement Team via Microsoft Teams, at no cost to the U.S. Government, may apply for a 60-minute virtual conference.
Prior to engaging with us, we ask that you consider the following questions:
- What problem are you trying to solve for us?
- How does your value proposition align to our needs?
- What is your competitive differentiator?
- Who in DoD/Government are you working with today?
- Are you on any Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACS) or other procurement vehicles?
- Do you have any socio-economic designations?
- Are you registered in Sam.gov?
All interested parties should complete and return the VENDOR VISIT AND BRIEFING AGREEMENT via email listed below prior to providing proprietary documents no later than date to be determined once we resume our Industry Days.
Once the Vendor Agreement is signed by both parties and returned, please respond with an attached short, concise description or proposal of capabilities and services that addresses solutions to the current problem statement listed above for consideration. All capabilities briefs, proposals, summaries, and other documents should only be sent after receiving a completed Vendor Agreement from our agency. You may be asked to provide additional detailed information for consideration.
All communication related to potential briefings, proposals or services should be conducted through the U.S. Army Recruiting Command Industry Engagement Team at the email below.
If you have any questions concerning the U.S. Army Recruiting Command’s Industry Engagements, or wish to apply to participate, please send all inquiries to the email address listed below.
*Note: USAREC Industry Engagement events are for the command to learn about your company’s capabilities. We will not be able to discuss possible future contracting or make any promises regarding contracting during these events.
