FORT KNOX, Ky. –
Maj. Gen. Johnny Davis, along with U.S. Army Recruiting Command leaders, hosted the Army’s new Deputy Chief of Staff G1 Lt. Gen. Brian Eifler at the USAREC Headquarters for a comprehensive recruiting briefing.
Davis and the USAREC staff took this opportunity to share with Eifler and Department of the Army staff USAREC’s operations, the current recruiting environment, initiatives that have been launched and ones planned to launch in the near future, and the positive impact the Department of the Army’s support has provided to the recruiting mission.
One of USAREC’s most recent initiatives that directly contributed to these conversations was the creation and roll-out of the first cohorts of the 420T Talent Acquisition Warrant Officers and the 42T Talent Acquisition Specialists. As these initiatives continue to progress and develop, USAREC senior leaders look toward the future and prospective positive impacts our recruiting force will continue to have with the assistance of the Department of the Army.
