Specialist Forrest Greenwood

Specialist Greenwood was born in Modesto, California and graduated from Central Valley High School in Ceres, California in 2014. He joined the Army in August of 2016 and completed basic OSUT training at Fort Benning, Georgia in December of 2016. He was assigned to the USAMU service rifle section in January of 2017 as an instructor/shooter.

Specialist Greenwood has a distinguished shooting career, earning his distinguished rifleman badge in 2012 as well as his President’s one hundred.

His military awards include the National Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Army Achievement Ribbon, Distinguished Rifleman Badge and President’s one hundred tab.

Specialist Greenwood was a firing member of the winning 2017 National Trophy Infantry Team match, the winning/record setting Interservice 10 man team match, as well as the winning/record setting interservice long range championship. In 2018 Specialist Greenwood was the winner of the under 25 Canadian Fullbore champion.
