Lt. Col. Victoria K. Somnuk

Lt. Col. Victoria K. Somnuk was born in Enterprise, Alabama. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Colorado State University and commissioned into the Medical Service Corps in 2003. Following that, she earned a Master of Business Administration and Public Administration from Syracuse University.

She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, Certified Government Financial Manager/Association of Government Accountants, DoD Financial Manager Level Three, Certified Defense Financial Manager-Acquisition, Certified Specialist Payment & Reimbursement, Certified Revenue Cycle, and Certified Specialist Accounting & Finance.

She is married to Jude Yancey from Madrid, Spain. They have two children, Sebastian (8) and Alexandra (6).
