2nd Brigade chaplain receives top honors

Bill Kim the 2021 Active Duty Chaplain of the Year during a ceremony at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, Oct. 5.

Fort Knox, Ky. — U.S. Army Recruiting Command leaders have announced the winners of this year’s Annual Awards Board, held here Sept. 21-24. Four noncommissioned officers were selected as the 2021 USAREC NCOs of the Year after competing against the top NCOs from each recruiting brigade.
