USAREC Command team recognizes Top Recruiting Noncommissioned Officers

U.S. Army Recruiting Command announced the top 13 recruiting noncommissioned officers and medical recruiting officer for the first quarter of fiscal 2022 during a ceremony here Jan. 20.

Maj. Gen. Kevin Vereen and Command Sgt. Maj. John Foley, the USAREC command team, congratulated the 11 individuals who were able to attend in person for leading the way into the new fiscal year.

“What you do is very, very hard and it takes hard work and commitment to achieve excellence,” Foley said. “

The individuals brought in a combined total of 106 new recruits, 7 medical officers, and 30 candidates for special operations selection.

Each Soldier received a Meritorious Service Medal, a commemorative coin, and a USAREC watch that contains a nostalgic photo and slogan of Uncle Sam for their achievement in support of the recruiting mission.

The individuals recognized during the ceremony include the following:

    • Sgt. 1st Class Joseph Graves
    • Sgt. 1st Class Dustin Bangert
  • 2nd Recruiting Brigade
    • Sgt. 1st Class Sarah Smith-Daniels
    • Staff Sgt. Stephan Supersad
  • 3rd Recruiting Brigade
    • Staff Sgt. Trenton Addis
    • Sgt. Zachary Maher
  • 5th Recruiting Brigade
    • Staff Sgt. Thomas Barilleaux
    • Staff Sgt. Steven Delafuente
  • 6th Recruiting Brigade
    • Staff Sgt. Ryan Skorker
    • Staff Sgt. Franklin Naval
  • Medical Recruiting Brigade
    • Capt. Jerome Ferrin
    • Sgt. 1st Class Victor Goltz
  • Special Operations Recruiting Battalion
    • Staff Sgt. Danny Ramirez

In addition to the individuals recognized for the first quarter of fiscal 2022, the command team also recognized several recruiting NCOs who earned top scores for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2021 but were not able to physically attend that ceremony.
