Maj. Gen. Frank Muth and Command Sgt. Maj. Tabitha Gavia selected the theme to focus on the recruiters in the field who are dedicated to finding the right people to serve in the U.S. Army.
“The Year of the Recruiter is about empowering the men and women who are out there on the streets every day working to bring in the next generation of Soldiers,” said USAREC’s Maj. Gen. Frank Muth. “This year is about them – the people who are finding tomorrow’s Army leaders today.”
