Fort Knox, KY –
Recruiters, recruiting stations and recruiting companies are currently in the window to compete for second quarter incentives.
Companies and stations can continue to compete for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command Gold Standard, and recruiters can compete to be part of the Commanding General's .999 Club.
The USAREC Gold Standard will be awarded to the companies and stations that demonstrate excellence within the quarter. To be awarded the Gold Standard, stations and companies must achieve 110 percent Net GSA mission accomplishment, less than 10 percent Future Soldier loss rate, less than 25 percent zero to nine day Future Soldier loss rate, zero NCOPDS or functional course no shows, and zero Army Physical Fitness Test or height/weight failures.
The CG's .999 Club is awarded to the top 10 recruiters in each brigade and top five in each medical recruiting battalion who complete the most actions that lead to enlistments, as validated on the Gold Badge report. These recruiters will be awarded a limited edition Fort Knox replica USAREC gold bar and CG certificate.
Recruiters can reference the different incentives and the requirements for each in the Annual Awards Criteria Memorandum of Instruction for fiscal 2018. Award winners will be announced at the beginning of the third quarter.
