LAURINBURG, N.C. — Sgt. 1st Class Erik Dolores, Sgt. 1st Class Ben Hall and Staff Sgt. Brandon Hexum, assigned to the U.S. Army Parachute Team, execute a tri-by-side canopy formation during training operations near Laurinburg, North Carolina, May 2026, as the team prepares for Freedom 250 events in Washington, D.C. The maneuver requires the parachutists to fly their canopies in close proximity while matching speed, heading and altitude with minimal separation, demonstrating the advanced precision, timing and canopy control used during aerial demonstrations and canopy relative work performances.
