U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit Shotgun Team

Sgt. Grayson Davey

Sgt. Grayson Davey was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. Davey has been shooting competitively since he was 14, after his father (Trent Davey) introduced him to shooting sports. Davey was recruited by the shotgun team of the United States Army Marksmanship Unit (USAMU) after graduating from South Anchorage High School in 2019.

Davey then joined the Army in July 2020, and went Fort Benning, Georgia for One Station Unit Training (OSUT) to become an 11B (Infantry). After graduating, Davey reported to the USAMU at Fort Benning, Georgia.

Davey’s awards include being selected to the 2018 Open Men’s World Championship Team and a Mixed Teams Gold Medal at the CAT games 2018.
