Brig. Gen. Wilkem Mollfulleda

Brig. Gen. Will D. Mollfulleda is a native of Carolina, Puerto Rico. He was commissioned in the Adjutant General’s Corps upon graduation from the University of Central Florida, Dec. 1996.

His career spans more than 30 years, having served in a variety of enlisted, command, and staff assignments. He currently serves as the Deputy Commanding General-Support at the U.S. Army Recruiting Division.

Mollfulleda’s previous assignments include Deputy Director of Military Personnel Management (RC), HQDA G-1, Pentagon; Chief, Officer Management Division, Human Resources Command, Fort Knox, Kentucky; Assistant Chief of Staff G-1, 200th Military Police Command, Fort Meade, Maryland; Deputy Inspector General, 75th Training Command, Houston, Texas; Personnel Policy Integrator, HQDA G-1, Pentagon; Strength Management Officer, OCAR, and S-1, 165th Quartermaster Group, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

Mollfulleda holds a Master of Arts in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University, and a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Air War College.

His awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal with 1 Silver and 2 Bronze Oak Leaf Clusters, the Army Commendation Medal with 2 Bronze Oak Leaf Clusters, the Joint Service Achievement Medal, the Joint Meritorious Unit Award, the Army Meritorious Unit Commendation and the Army Staff Identification Badge.
