Army Swear-In at Military Appreciation Night at Minnesota Game

FORT KNOX, Kentucky  (3 November 2018) - U.S. Army 3rd Recruiting Brigade Commander Col. Eric Lopez conducted a swear-in ceremony in a pre-game event at the Minnesota Wild Game on Tuesday, November 3, at the Xcel Energy Center, during a Military Appreciation Night to honor those men and women who have bravely served in the Armed Forces and their families.

The Wild, along with Thomson Reuters, have provided specially-priced tickets for military members and their families.  Children of military members participated in Wild game-night staple events; fan contests and entertainment throughout the game featured military family members.

Col. Lopez served as the Guardian of the Game and gave the oath of enlistment to five local Future Soldiers.
