Julian Perez graduated from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant on December 2000 into the Quartermaster Corps where he attended the Quartermaster Officer Basic Course at Fort Lee, Virginia.  He is also a graduate of Central Michigan University (M.S.) and the Dwight D.
